Twenty-one elected parishioners serve on the Vestry for three-year terms. A confirmed communicant in good standing, not less than eighteen years of age, may be nominated for the Vestry. Seven new Vestry members are elected during the Annual Parish Meeting. The Vestry is responsible for raising and disbursing monies, maintaining the parish buildings, and calling the church's rector. The elected Vestry includes the Sr. and Jr. Warden, Clerk, and Treasurer.
