Joseph's Journey 2008
Each Wednesday evening in June, Jospeh’s coat of many colors
came to life during Church Family Together. Our resident story teller,
Beth Fischer, painted the picture of this powerful Old Testament
story. Through intriguing words, imaginative creations, and lively
music, the journey of Joseph was a timely lesson for our journey
today. From intergenterational time, breakouts for our littlest
ones, and adult conversation Church Family Together became the place
to grow in community, spirit and faith in June.
As an outreach project during Summer Fest we asked
that people drop off their gently used coats so that we could donate
them to the Union Mission. With your generous support we were able
to donate over 50 coats to those in need. Thank you to everyone
who provided a "Dream Coat" to someone in need.
