All Levels Yoga

Open up your mind and body by blending elements of flexibility, strength, and balance. A well-balanced combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga, each class explores multiple pose categories, including standing, twisting, hip and shoulder opening, forward and back bending. Expect options and variations to create an appropriate level of challenge or ease that works for you.

Cost: $10/class. Cash or check only. 

* These classes may utilize the Great Yoga Wall in portions of the practice. Beloved by yogis of all experience levels, ages and body types, the Great Yoga Wall acts as a partner to help find stability, strength, flexibility, or traction depending on the focus and level of the class. Teachers give very specific instruction to help acclimate students to the wall. No wall experience is necessary or expected.
