Description:

Contemplative Outreach of West Tennessee (COWT) invites you to participate in our monthly First Saturdays via Zoom.

The Zoom meeting will follow our usual Saturday morning schedule of two 20-minute centering prayer sessions, a silent break and the Lectio Divina reading of Sunday’s Gospel.  We will also offer individual instruction/refresher to the practice by using the Zoom “breakout room” feature.

If you are interested in attending our Zoom First Saturday, please email Eileen Olewinski at eileen.olewinski@gmail.com with your name.  Eileen will email you within 48 hours of the request the Zoom log-in information, as well as the detailed schedule for the morning, the Refrigerator Reflection, and Sunday’s Gospel.
