Linking movement with breath, open up the mind and body by blending elements of flexibility, strength, and balance. A well-balanced combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga, each class explores multiple pose categories; such as standing, twisting, hip and shoulder opening, forward and back bending. Expect options and variations to create an appropriate level of challenge or ease that works for you.
