Tai Chi Exercise

Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Room 308.

Tai Chi's slow, graceful, meditative movements have many health benefits and can help improve flexibility, coordination and balance. Quigong is a sequence of slow, gentle fitness exercises that focus on breathing and stretching. It improves blood circulation, increases the utilization of oxygen and fosters a calm, relaxed mental and emotional state.
