| Ordinary People, Extraordinary Ministry
Pastoral Care Team members are trained and supervised by
leaders who work closely with them, helping each member
off er the right amount of care. Orientation training and
skill-building sessions are off ered each year. Our Pastoral
Care Teams include both ordained clergy and lay ministers.
Team members are available if you know someone who
is sick at home, is in the hospital, has had a death or other
loss in the family, had a baby, needs a meal in time of crisis,
needs a ride, wants communion, enjoys gett ing a card or
a call…or just needs a litt le extra “TLC” or a bit of prayer.
Each week, a team is “on call” to minister to those in need.
