Yoga is for all age groups. It moves at a slower pace and yoga pose alignment is a focus for the class. The benefits of yoga are many. It gently stretches, removes tension and opens up the body. It also focuses the mind and teaches the practitioner to use the breath as a tool for relaxing the body. Come and increase your strength and flexibility and experience the benefits Yoga can add to your life. Classes are held in Wellness Room 209. Drop-ins are welcome. Cost: $7 per class. Wear comfortable clothing for easy movement.
