Quigong is a sequence of slow, gentle fitness exercises that focus on breathing and stretching. It improves blood circulation, increases the utilization of oxygen, and fosters a calm, relaxed mental and emotional state. Drop-ins are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement. Register in-person at class. If it is your first time back to class, please fill out a new participant form and waiver.
