All Levels Yoga (may include use of the Great Yoga Wall) INSTRUCTORS: HOLLIE COMAS, HELEN ANNE DIMEGLIO or JANET KATZ.  MONDAY and  Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. FRIDAY 9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. SATURDAY 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. SUNDAY 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wellness Center Room 211 A well-balanced combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga. Each class explores multiple pose categories, including standing, twisting, hip and shoulder opening, forward and back bending. Expect options and variations to create an appropriate level of challenge or ease that works for you. **These classes may utilize the Great Yoga Wall in portions of the class. The Great Yoga Wall acts as a partner to help find stability, strength, flexibility, or traction depending on focus and level of the class. Teachers give very specific instruction to help acclimate students to the Wall. Wall experience is not necessary or expected. Register in-person at class. If it is your first time to class, please fill out a new participant form and waiver. Class Payment Options: Individual Class Fee: $15.00 Class Card Options: $150.00 Class Card (10 Classes)
