A well-balanced combination of vinyasa and hatha yoga. Each class explores multiple pose categories,
including standing, twisting, hip and shoulder opening, forward and back bending. Expect options and variations to create an appropriate level of challenge or ease that works for you. **These classes may utilize the Great Yoga Wall in portions of the class. The Great Yoga Wall acts as a partner to help find stability, strength, flexibility, or traction depending on focus and level of the class. Teachers give very specific instruction to help acclimate students to the Wall. Wall experience is not necessary or expected.

Gentle Yoga and Intermediate Yoga

Gentle and Intermediate Yoga is for all age groups. It moves at a slower pace and yoga pose alignment is a focus for the class. The benefits of yoga are many. It gently stretches, removes tension and opens up the body. It also focuses the mind and teaches the practitioner to use the breath as a tool for relaxing the body. Come and increase your strength and flexibility and experience the benefits Yoga can add to your life. Wear comfortable clothing for easy movement. Drop-ins are welcome.

Bored with your workout? Then join the party! Zumba is a cardio and sculpting dance-exercise class that fuseshypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun and energizing workout.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi's slow, graceful, meditative movements have many health benefits and can help improve flexibility, coordination and balance. Quigong is a sequence of slow, gentle fitness exercises that focus on breathing and stretching. It improves blood circulation, increases the utilization of oxygen and fosters a calm, relaxed mental and emotional state. Drop-ins are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement.

Body Boost Class

Body Boost™ is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower, and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work, and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Well is the perfect place to start, no matter your season of motherhood.
Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).
